1. Download & Set Up

• Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

• Search for Temu and install the app.

• Open the app and sign up with your email, phone number, Google, or Facebook account.

2. Browse & Search

• Use the search bar at the top to look for specific items (e.g., “phone case” or “kitchen gadget”).

• Or browse through categories like fashion, electronics, beauty, or home goods.

• You can filter by price, reviews, shipping speed, and popularity.

3. Check Product Details

• Tap an item to see its description, pictures, reviews, and shipping info.

• Look at ratings and customer photos before buying to make sure it’s decent quality.

4. Add to Cart or Buy Now

• Choose the size, color, or style (if available).

• Tap “Add to Cart” if you want to keep shopping, or “Buy Now” to go straight to checkout.

5. Checkout & Payment

• When ready, open your Cart and review items.

• Enter your shipping address.

• Choose a payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).

• Sometimes Temu gives first-order discounts or free shipping.

6. Track Your Order

• Go to “Your Orders” in the profile tab to see shipping updates.

• Orders usually take 1–3 weeks since many ship from abroad.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Temu has a 90-day return policy on most items.

• To return, go to your order history, select the item, and start a return request.
